How to develop Analytical skills using observation?


Did you know that 90% of the learning is done in the early years. Yes, you heard it right .Another interesting fact that I would like to tell you today is that we can develop the 21st Century Analytical skills in our kids at  very early years. You might be wondering how is it possible for a kid of 4 or 5 years to develop this skill which requires lots of attention, focus, observation and analysis . One very simple technique is to develop observation skills in your kids.   You do lots of things every day along with your kids. Suppose you went to a relative’s house along with your child in the evening.  You come back  and are having a happy family time. Children enjoy getting attention,so involve them in conversation when you are together and ask some questions related to the things that he/she saw when you went to the their house  . For example, asking what was the color of the walls  of the drawing room? Or what was the first thing that got your attention when you entered their home?  Or What was the statue of Buddha kept on the side table made up of? This will help child go back into their home once again and then he/she will try to recollect the facts .This will help her/him keep all the senses open whenever your child will go for an outing with you and gradually observing small details and having attention will become a habit. 
Isn’t it an easy and simple way to develop a skill important for success in today’s world.
