Time Management

At the end of the day , do you think you missed out an important task for the day or have you ever felt it was so easy to do , I could have completed it earlier if I had started? 90% of the people say "Yes" to these questions. Are you among those 90% , if yes, then you need to manage your time well. You know very well, everyone on this planet has a day of 24 hours only. It is not that those who are successful have an extra hour in their day or those who are not successful have less hour in a day. So,why should you not utilize your time well to achieve what you want to achieve in life.Someone asked me, Madam how do you get time to write? I smile to them and say, I manage  my time effectively. Now, the question is how to manage your time. Here are few do's and don'ts for managing time. Do's 1.Get up half an hour prior to your time now. Benefits of breathing exercises

We breathe everyday without taking a rest.Normal breathing rate for humans is 14-18; breathing per minute. The amount of air that normally moves into and out of the lungs during a single cycle is 500 ml in an adult person. But do you know during a forceful inspiration you can take in 3100 ml of air and during expiration you can exhale 1200 ml of air.If you do 10 forceful breathings per day air in your lungs increases by 1900 ml,almost 4 times than your normal breathing. If you do it for 10 minutes everyday,it increases 40 times, sufficient for your whole day's energy. You will always feel fresh and active.Try this out and see the magic. All the best !

The Universe neither curses you nor blesses you..

You are made by your own thoughts. So, you need to be aware of your own thoughts.Nearly 60000 to 70000 thoughts come every single day and 90% of them are repititions of thoughts a day before. You need to be concious of your thoughts as your thoughts make or break you. Be aware of the information that you read, listen and see all around as it goes into your memory.Whenever you will encounter a situation related to it,your memory bank will be triggered and it will lead to thoughts. So always read good books, listen to positive thoughts and sound music and see the good around you. All the best for making yourself a better you by your thoughts and attract the best from the universe.

Dream big

Hi,I am Babita Rani, your performance coach.Today I will tell you how easy it is to get 100% in anything that you do in life. Dream big but set small steps to be taken to reach your destination.Every step taken will bring you closer to your goal. Let us take an example of class 10 student. One of the subjects that he/she needs to study is Science. The number of pages in book is 282 and the number of days in a year is 365.Isn't it easy to study one page everyday with all the understanding and solving questions based on that page. You will still have 83 days for further information and analysis of the topic. What do you think? Give your suggestions in the comments section below.

How to develop Analytical skills using observation?

Did you know that 90% of the learning is done in the early years. Yes, you heard it right .Another interesting fact that I would like to tell you today is that we can develop the 21st Century Analytical skills in our kids at  very early years. You might be wondering how is it possible for a kid of 4 or 5 years to develop this skill which requires lots of attention, focus, observation and analysis . One very simple technique is to develop observation skills in your kids.   You do lots of things every day along with your kids. Suppose you went to a relative’s house along with your child in the evening.  You come back  and are having a happy family time. Children enjoy getting attention,so involve them in conversation when you are together and ask some questions related to the things that he/she saw when you went to the their house  . For example, asking what was the color of the walls  of the drawing room? Or what was the first thing that got your attention when you entered their home?
